How long until my order ships?
Everything is made to order. Most orders ship within 3–7 business days; see each product page for its estimate.
Can I choose a color?
Yes. Choose from the color options on the product page.
What are your products made of?
Mostly PLA or PETG plastic. Our items aren't intended for food contact.
Are layer lines normal?
Yes. Fine layer lines are a natural part of 3D printing.
Are your items heat-safe?
PLA can soften above about 50°C (122°F). Keep items out of hot cars and away from heaters.
Are your items safe for kids and pets?
They're decor, not toys. Some contain small parts that could be a choking hazard.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We ship within the US only for now.
Can I request a custom design?
Email us your idea at marshbuilt@gmail.com and we'll let you know if we can make it.
What if my item arrives damaged?
See our Returns page. We'll replace or refund it.
Do you take bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes, sometimes. Email marshbuilt@gmail.com with what you need.
Where do your designs come from?
We design them ourselves or use them under a commercial license from the designer, with credit where the license requires it.
